On the occasion of Hindvi Swaraj Diwas a program to remember Chhatrapati Shivaji’s contribution to India was organised at University of Lucknow. During this program, Vice-Chancellor Prof. Alok Kumar Rai said that Shivaji Maharaj established a just and public welfare based Hindavi Swaraj state on the basis of Swadeshi thinking, which was the ideal state system which we can understand today as “Ramrajya”. Former leader of the Legislative Council, Vindhyavasini Kumar, appealed on the occasion for everyone to take a pledge to create a self-reliant India. Dr. Sanjay Shukla, Convenor of Employees’ Cultural and Sports Council, conducted the event and delivered a vote of thanks. Former representative of the Legislative Council, Mr. Vindhyavasini Kumar, Vice-Chancellor Prof. Alok Kumar Rai, Registrar Dr. Vinod Kumar Singh, LUTA President Dr. Neeraj Jain, Chief Proctor Prof. Dinesh Kumar, Superintendent of Works and Director, IPPR, Prof. Durgesh Srivastava, Dr. Rakesh Dwivedi, Coordinator of N.S.S and several employees and teachers, including former Director of Sanskritiki, Prof. NK Pandey, Staff Council President Rakesh Kumar Yadav, Vice President Vinod Dhar Dubey, Organization Minister Santosh Tiwari and Sports Council Secretary Ramcharitra also participated in the program, maintain all norms of social distancing.
